Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds
This policy forms part of Form-it's Terms of Service and applies to paid subscriptions (Pro and Agency plans). The free plan requires no payment and therefore generates no refunds.
The Client may cancel their paid subscription at any time from their Billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal, but the Service remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Once it does not renew, the account automatically moves to the free plan, with its corresponding limits.
As this is a continuously-running subscription service, the amount paid corresponds to access to the Service for the entire billing period, regardless of how much or how little it is used during that time. For that reason, except in the cases set out in Section 4, the proportional part of a period already started is not refunded when the Client cancels mid-cycle — access simply continues until that period ends.
To try the Service with no financial commitment, a free plan with reduced limits is available: we recommend using it before subscribing to a paid plan, precisely to avoid the need for a refund.
If the Client contracts as a consumer (an individual acting outside their trade or profession) and resides in the European Union, they have a statutory period of 14 calendar days from the contract date to withdraw from the contract without needing to justify their decision or bear any cost, under Article 102 of the recast Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
This right has a specific statutory exception for digital content and services (Article 103.m LGDCU): it is lost as soon as the Client starts using the paid Service within those 14 days, provided they gave their prior express consent to that immediate performance and were informed that, by doing so, they lose the right of withdrawal — consent that is collected during the subscription process itself. If the Client has NOT started using the paid Service (for example, they subscribed but never logged into their account) within those 14 days, they may exercise withdrawal and will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
To exercise it, an unambiguous message to info@form-it.com.es stating that they withdraw from the contract is enough. The refund is issued via the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request.
If the Client notices a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or any charge that does not match what was contracted, they can report it at info@form-it.com.es. Billing errors attributable to the Service are corrected and fully refunded, regardless of the periods and exceptions above.
All requests under this policy are handled by email at info@form-it.com.es, stating the account's email address and the reason. We respond within a maximum of 5 business days, and the refund, where applicable, is issued to the same payment method the charge was made with.
