AI, included
AI chat, the final data review, the form builder, the summary and response scoring are included in your plan.
Voice, when you want it
With a paid plan you can add voice: you buy the minutes you need, in the pack you prefer, and top them up whenever you want, with optional automatic top-up. Paid accounts get some trial minutes to try it without a card.
More AI, if you need it
On paid plans you can add extra AI bags. And on any plan you can connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or DeepSeek account and use yours.
Your customers' money, yours
The Payment field charges with Stripe and the money goes straight to your account. Form·it doesn't receive or handle it, and takes no commission on it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I try it for free?
Yes, and it's a good way to get to know Form·it at no cost, quickly and easily. The free plan works for small needs and for really trying the system out: you build forms and receive responses, no card needed. When you need more, you change plan.
Can I change plan or cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrading applies immediately. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your current plan until then.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, always. You can export the responses to Excel (CSV), or receive them in your spreadsheet or another tool, whenever you want. They're yours.
How is voice paid for?
Minutes are bought separately, in the one-off pack you prefer, and topped up whenever you want. You see your balance and how much each form has used in Subscription.
Do you take a commission on payments I receive through my forms?
No. Form·it doesn't receive that money: it goes straight to your Stripe account, and Stripe applies its own fees.
