Data that arrives right,
without chasing anyone.

Someone filling in a form in a hurry or without much will often leave careless data. Form·it works so that doesn't reach you.

When it's filled in in a hurry

A phone number a digit short, a badly typed email, half-empty fields, answers that contradict each other. With a normal form, all of that reaches you as is, and then you have to call, write and correct.

Every badly collected piece of data is your time and, often, a request you can no longer deal with.

How Form·it helps

Rules that can't be skipped

What you set —a future date, a maximum number of choices, a mandatory consent— is enforced by the code, not the AI. Data that breaks the rule isn't saved.

Typical mistakes, caught in time

A badly typed email, like name@gmial.com, is detected and the person is asked to confirm it right then, not when it's too late.

A final review

Before accepting a submission, the AI goes over the answers looking for real contradictions and asks for clarification. It never corrects anything on its own.

Answers with more context

In chat and by voice, each person says things in their own words and the assistant puts them in the right field. More information arrives, and better explained.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI correct my data?

No. If something doesn't add up, it asks the person to clarify. It never changes an answer on its own.

Can I turn off the final review?

Yes, in each form, for example if it's very simple and you'd rather save the response as is.

What happens if someone tries to submit data that breaks the rules?

It isn't saved and they're asked to fix it, whichever channel they answer through.
