Form·it is a platform for building smart forms. Each person chooses how to answer: by speaking, by writing in a chat with an assistant, or by filling in the usual fields. It is a single system with three types of form: the form, the Configurator and Bookings.
Each type solves a different need. The form collects requests, surveys and contact details. The Configurator lets a customer define a product or a service visually, with its options and its price. Bookings offer only the slots that are really free and bring them into an agenda.
Data quality doesn't depend on anyone's goodwill: the rules of each field (formats, dates, limits, options) are enforced by the code, an AI reviewer flags what contradicts itself, and an assistant clears up the doubts of whoever is answering. What arrives is tidy in an analysis panel, ready to export or connect to other systems.
It works for any sector and any volume of activity. You build it by describing it in your own words, and it fits a human resources or customer service team just as well as an organisation with an agenda.

How is it different from a normal form?
The same fields can be answered by chatting, and what arrives is of better quality: the rules (a future date, a valid email, a maximum number of choices) are enforced by the code, and an AI reviewer spots data that contradicts itself.

There is a free plan, no card, made for small needs and for getting to know the system at no cost, quickly and easily. When you need more, paid plans add more responses, conditional logic, payments and the voice advisor.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build with a visual builder, with AI help or from templates.
How do I share a form?
With a link, a QR code or by embedding it in your site with a snippet to paste.
Does it work by voice?
Yes. The person speaks and the assistant fills in the form; what can't be said out loud, like a map or a signature, appears on screen. With a paid plan you can add voice: you buy or top up the minutes you need, in the pack you prefer, and an optional automatic top-up refills them for you.
Can I take payments with a form?
Yes, on paid plans: the Payment field charges by card through Stripe and the money goes straight to your account.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes. You can enter your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or DeepSeek key, and conversations use your provider.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Each field's rules are enforced by the code, not the AI, and before a submission is accepted there is a final review that can be turned off. You can try the form in any channel with Preview before sharing it.
