Response analysis
Understand what they answer
and decide faster.
Responses are no use if you can't find them, compare them and know which ones matter. Form·it helps you sort them, and the AI helps you decide where to start.
Find what you're looking for
Real search
Search by name or email, or by anything someone answered in any field, not just what shows in the table.
Filters and sorting
By status, by dates, by who finished and who didn't. Select several responses at once to export or delete them.
Your data, where you need it
Export to Excel (CSV), or send it automatically to your spreadsheet, your email or another tool.
Find out what's happening with your form
Where people stop
See which question people stop at when they don't finish, so you know what to improve. And from those who didn't reach the end you don't lose what they had already answered.
What people choose
How many people choose each option, in charts, so you see at a glance what works and what doesn't.
Where they come from
Through which channel they answer, from which link or campaign, on what device and on which days and hours.
Let the AI help you prioritise
Imagine you get a hundred requests and can only deal with ten. You tell the AI what matters to you —for example, “that they've stated their budget” or “that they have experience in the sector”— and it scores each response with those criteria. That way you know who to answer first.
The criteria are yours
You decide what matters and how it's scored. The AI applies exactly what you write, nothing more or less.
A score for each criterion
Each response gets a score on every criterion you set, and an overall score that sums them up.
Sort and filter by score
See first the responses you care about most, or set aside those that don't meet what you're after.
Criteria of every kind
Whatever matters to you: that an applicant speaks English, that a request is urgent, that the customer is from a specific area. You describe it in your own words.
A summary when you ask for it
With one button, the AI writes in a few sentences the most interesting things in what people have answered: what's chosen most, what trends there are, something notable in a free text. To get the overall picture without reading every response.
If you take payments, you see it all in one place
How much you've collected
The total, the average payment, payments still waiting to be submitted and how many people reached payment without completing it.
Each response's total
In a Configurator, or in a form that calculates an amount, each response keeps its total. Refunds are handled in your Stripe account.
The detail of each response
The conversation and the data
What was said, turn by turn, and the data already sorted field by field.
Final-review warnings
If the AI found something that didn't add up, you see what it was and how it ended: corrected, sent anyway or unresolved.
Files and voice
Images and attached files, and the transcript of voice conversations.
Frequently asked questions
How do I tell the AI which responses matter most to me?
You tell it in your own words, as you would explain it to a colleague. For example, in a job offer: “that they speak English”, “that they have more than three years of experience” or “that they can start right away”. In a quote request: “that it is urgent” or “that they have stated the measurements”. The AI scores each response according to your criteria, and you take from them what you need.
Can I send the data to another tool?
Yes: CSV export, webhook, Google Sheets and email alerts.
